Biography
Shaye Sawyer is a Jacksonville native has almost 20 years’ experience in the area of Real Estate. In 2004 she obtained her Mortgage Brokers License in Florida and worked as a P.A. for Watson Realty. In 2010 she graduated with her A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from Florida State Community College of Jacksonville. While in college, she worked for a Bankruptcy and Real Estate Law Firm helping with all types of Real Estate needs. After graduation she found her passion for Real Estate Law and proceeded to work for a law firm’s that handled foreclosures and loss mitigation. In 2016 Shaye joined Adam Law Group, P.A. where she found her true calling in Real Estate and that was RE Closing transactions. She ran the Real Estate department and handled Residential and Commercial Closings from Contract to closing table. She feels that working closely with the parties of the transaction she can build long lasting professional and personal friendships. Shaye takes each closing, Realtor, Seller and Buyer as if they are her family.
In her time away from work she loves to watch her son play football, watch Gator Football, and hang out with family and friends.
